1. Identification
The online shop caementa. (www.caementaceramica.pt) is operated by and is the responsibility of:

2. Scope
These Terms and Conditions govern purchases made in the caementa. online shop. By placing an order, the customer declares that they have read and accept these terms, as well as the Shipping Policy, the Returns Policy and the Privacy Policy.
3. Products
Our ceramic pieces are handmade, one by one. Small variations in shape, colour, texture and finish are natural in the handmade process and are not defects. Photographs are illustrative and colours may vary depending on the screen.
Many of our pieces are personalised with text provided by the customer. The customer is responsible for checking the text (spelling, accents, upper and lower case) before completing the order. We do not engrave emojis, except the heart.
4. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in euros and are final prices, including taxes. Shipping costs are shown before payment is confirmed. Payment is made using the methods available at checkout, at the time of ordering.
5. Orders
After payment, the customer receives an order confirmation email. The contract is deemed concluded upon that confirmation. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders with incorrect details or offensive texts, or in case of unavailability, refunding the full amount paid.
6. Production and delivery times
- Ceramic pieces: made to order. The production time is shown on each product page and is added to the delivery time.
- Caementa Stamps: made and dispatched within 5 to 7 business days.
- Digital courses: access sent by email once payment is confirmed.

7. Right of withdrawal
Return conditions, including the exceptions that apply to personalised pieces and digital content, are described in the Returns Policy.
8. Guarantee
Physical goods are covered by the 3-year legal guarantee of conformity from delivery, under Portuguese Decree-Law no. 84/2021. The guarantee does not cover damage caused by misuse, drops, thermal shock or washing contrary to each product's recommendations, nor the natural variations of the handmade process. To make a guarantee claim, contact us at geral@caementaceramica.pt with your order number and photographs.
9. Digital content
Digital courses are for personal use only. Sharing, reselling, publishing or distributing the videos, the guide or any other material, in whole or in part, is not permitted without written permission from caementa.
10. Intellectual property
The texts, photographs, videos, designs and the caementa. brand are the property of caementa. and may not be used without permission.
11. Personal data
The processing of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.
12. Complaints and dispute resolution
Customers may submit a complaint through the Portuguese Electronic Complaints Book. In the event of a consumer dispute, customers may turn to a consumer Alternative Dispute Resolution entity (see Complaints Book and ADR). These terms are governed by Portuguese law.
13. Changes
We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. The version in force on the date of the order applies.
