Where we ship

We ship to Portugal (mainland, Azores and Madeira), mainland Spain, the other European Union countries and Switzerland.

The shipping cost is always shown at checkout, before payment.

For the other European Union countries and Switzerland, orders over 10 kg are shipped on request for a quote. Write to us at geral@caementaceramica.pt and we will reply with the shipping cost.

Switzerland: taxes and customs duties

Switzerland is not part of the European Union. Orders to Switzerland may be subject to import VAT and customs duties, collected by the carrier on delivery and paid by the customer. These amounts are not included in the price or the shipping cost.

Production time

Our ceramic pieces are handmade to order; we do not keep stock. The production time shown on each product page is added to the delivery time.

• Caementa Stamps: made and dispatched within 5 to 7 business days.
• Digital courses: no physical shipping; access is sent by email once payment is confirmed.

When your order is dispatched, we send you an email with tracking information.

Delivery address

The customer is responsible for providing a complete and correct address. Orders returned due to an incorrect address or not collected may be resent upon payment of new shipping costs.

Orders damaged in transit

We pack every piece with care. If your order arrives damaged, contact us as soon as possible at geral@caementaceramica.pt, with photographs of the piece and the packaging, so that we can resolve the situation.
